There were issues with repairs and updates already in these buildings, and the rent freeze will only make it worse
They need to start investigating these landlord. Im starting to think its the 70s all over again in the bronx.
Welp just an update- other than giving these tenants two days of Dunkin’ Donuts, some tenants have no electricity. Sad that families are going through this and management is unbothered. They did the Dunkin and run. Messed up if you ask me.
I heard the fire trucks trying get through traffic. They had to tell drivers to move their cars! SMH
