Dispatch a person in progress, 5550 Pioneers Boulevard, the Lexington Assisted Living. Our caller states a female was wandering around the north side of the apartment. 52-year-old female, blonde hair, floral dress, was acting strange, pulled her dress up and urinated, and told our caller she did not live here and was waiting for a ride. Our caller called back and stated the female walked around to the other side of the building. 5550 Pioneers Boulevard, the Lexington Assisted Living.
