Units, can you respond over to the area of 160 Spring Valley Marketplace for a 120 party that was called in by a passerby. Complainant said this individual was holding an electric lighter of some sort and filming the area. Described as possible female wearing a dark-colored mask, has a black top on with taxi pants. Last seen on New Parkside Road between the Storage Place and the Burger King.
