Lancaster 114 Adam, handle on a possible 921, 927C at 16244 Newmont Avenue. Third had info, neighbor's wife saw unknown male, unknown female, going to the backyard location. Neighbor told informant who's at work in Los Angeles. Informant had video of female adult wearing black and white striped shirt, blue jeans. Second DP, female adult wearing all black. DP's had a small green vehicle in the driveway. Neighbor states there's unknown large truck at the location. Neighbor states there's unknown large truck at the location.
