Making their way over to 2 Garfield, heading northbound from the Wendy's. 2 Garfield, on Garfield, headed northbound from the Wendy's. They're in search for a Black male, last seen wearing an orange type word shirt with an inmate number on it. The Wendy's manager initially called due to him harassing customers, but then he started to walk off. Stated that he's concerned for this male. Again, male, last seen wearing an orange type word shirt with an inmate number on it.
