3401, 3402. It'll be outside of 246 Kinney Street. 246 Kinney Street at the Tanimi Mini Mart. Caller just passed her by saying there's possibly a 20-year-old white female. She emptied her suitcase in the dumpster, wandering the property and yelling. Unknown intoxication or drugs. No weapons were seen. She's last seen wearing a tan shirt and black shorts. Believes that she's having a mental health crisis.
