King Soopers, 7915 Constitution Avenue. RP is a customer, noticed that there was a male party that left running with groceries and acting weird. Went to a vehicle that started beeping and he couldn't get a break. Continuing, it looks like the subject is back in the store. RP said he was stealing goods and trying to steal the vehicle as well. 30-year-old Hispanic male, 5'8", 160, wearing long sweatpants and a long-sleeved black and white flannel top. No weapons or drugs seen.
