The RP lives in the area and was leaving for work when they saw four subjects hanging around a vacant residence. One is a white female, 16 to 17, 5'3", 130, brown hair. The second is a Pacific Islander male, 17, wearing all black clothing. Third is a black male, 14 to 15, black hair.
