In progress at the post office at 6401 Q Street. Our caller is a customer who left 20 ago but accepts contact. She's concerned about the male covered up with a jacket sleeping inside the building next to their wheelchair. No weapons seen, unknown on code 19 or 74. She says this is a frequent issue here. The post office at 64, thank you.
