94 Alpha copy, 91 Bravo to back on a check welfare. 94. Check welfare at 26 and 66. 26 have North and 66th Street North. Rescue will be responding. There is a gray or blue sedan in the middle of the intersection. Unknown tag, dark tint on the windows, middle lane on 66. Apparently the driver has not moved for multiple light cycles. They do have their foot on the brake. Driver description, complete pass out subject. Complainant in control, can be called if needed. Nothing further, 205.
