Car 4 to Sergeant Good. Alright, myself in Car 5, off at a 911 hangup at 199 Plain Street, Target. It's coming from the landline inside the store. Store is all locked up. Not really seeing anyone in the parking lot. Tried to have dispatch send somebody to unlock the store, see if we can make contact if there's anyone inside. Negative results.
