228 North Daniel, 228 North Daniel. 17 says there's a 52-year-old female who is busting out windows yelling for help, saying she needs to go to the hospital, having 10-96 issues. Said she believes she's busting out windows with a pole and trying to batter them, so she can't get close to her to tell what exactly is going on.
