Caller said there's a male outside harassing the residence and the caller, refusing to leave. One of the residents, a Misty Campbell, advised that the male threw keys at her and tried to push her down the stairs. Problem male's in the parking lot. He's a male, black in his 40s, average build, gray... Gray shirt.
