4 Frank 28, show you en route to that code 2 traffic hazard in 30s, Highway 6 and Park Row. Caller states he hit an item on the road. He's pinging near Highway 6 and Park Row, but there's no actual location. Caller's not sure what the item is. He was driving southbound towards Katy Freeway. Tried doing a callback, wanting to see if he was wanting to meet with y'all, and there was no answer. 4 Frank 28, that's clear.
