We're going to attempt to move the people off the side of the road, but the vehicles will be sitting in the street waiting for them. Alarm copies. There's two vehicles in the center of 7th Avenue and McDowell, but blocking both directions. PD will be advised of that, and you're going to attempt to move the people to the side of the road, but the vehicles will remain blocking.
