12 Ruth Street, apartment number 107, meet with this female, Cheryl Gondolf. States she was just assaulted by a female. She was punched in the face. She goes by the nickname of Blue. Not sure if she's still in the area. Just be advised, the complainant sounds intoxicated. Didn't want to give any more information.
