522 Charlie. Charlie. Both on trouble to Mid-City Mall, 1250 Bardstown Road. Manager is advising on a black female with a white shirt and green shorts with two juveniles and another female with her banging on the lobby door, demanding to come into the restroom. Lobby's been closed, and they are demanding complainant call 911.
