Person 1 broadcasting, it's information only in the area of Holy Spirit Church, 355 East Champlain. They had a subject carrying a bottle and drinking and was on property waving his arms. They were concerned because they had 50 kids there. White male, mid-30s, dark hair, black shirt, with some type of print on it and gray shorts. Subject is on property now, last seen near Fry and Champlain. Person 1, clear.
