I'm at one of those 5833 South 5th Street for a Black male teenager, 20, with red locks, black shirt, unknown weapons, has what appears to be a spray can with him, and is now hiding in the alley on the east side of that 20. Dahlia will take contact in a gray Cybertruck at 1927. Is there a unit to follow?
