13. Lake Wilderness Park, 22500 Southeast 248th Street. Same male as the one previously for HPD, based on the description, is back at the location, the main beach area, harassing park goers by getting really close to them. They're refusing to leave when group pulled them to. No weapons seen. Was last seen by the fence line of the parking lot. White male, 30s, 5'10", wearing a baseball hat, gray shirt. Gray shirt and cargo pants.
