We got info from this male. He was at this ice cream shop, left his vehicle running. A black car pulled up behind his vehicle. A male in all black jumped in the driver's seat, took it, took the vehicle, took off towards Lorain. And the vehicle is pinging at 3134 West Boulevard because a male left his phone in there. I spoke with members of 33. They're going to go over there and check it out.
