Reference the TI accident, 7327 Acton Road. There was an additional call for a male struck by a clown with a feather in the bushes. There's approximately 10 people that are trying to divert, said he is out of consciousness and he's bleeding from the head.

Acton road is completely shut down. No notice until you get down almost to southport rd. Had to turn around. Praying the man pulls through. Looks really bad with the amount of police still there. 🙏
