451, copy of the criminal mischief just occurred, 509 Bear Street. 509 Bear Street off of Carbon Street and Spring Street. You're meeting with a Khalid Elzadi. He stated there was five, five to eight-year-old kids that threw rocks and broke the back window of his vehicle. It's a red Dodge Challenger. He leaves the kids possibly live at 511 or 513 Bear Street. They were outside playing earlier. Unknown if they're back in their home now at 2109.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 509 Bear St.
