Shoplifter in custody, Black female, medium height, black hair, white t-shirt, blue jeans, black shoe and tan shoe. 6500 Hornwood Drive at the rear of West Oaks. Caller says that suspect with mental issues, confused by a female in her 40s, 5 feet tall, skinny, blonde hair, old style black tights.
