3, I have a check property. Caller is at the Quick Trip, 401 North 3rd Street. Caller works for Talon Security. She had a guy in a blue Tesla was following her and taking pictures of her and just acting kind of weird. He left inbound on East Wash. It's like a 30-minute time lapse.
