10, I have a truck investigation slash check person in the area of 120 East Cottage Grove Road. Again, 120 East Cottage Grove Road. My caller here is concerned about a man who seems to be struggling to walk. They think he may be intoxicated. It's a male, Black in his 30s, wearing a red shirt. He's got saggy jeans, a hat, and glasses.
