Can you respond for a theft at Walgreens? That's affirmative. 45, Walgreens, 102 West Vandalia, 102 Vandalia. An employee states that a white male, approximately 5'6", with either blonde or ginger hair, dark-colored baseball hat, dark-colored T-shirt, baggy shorts, stole several bottles. She did see him take one and got that one back. He refused to let her look in the bag. I guess she reviewed video footage. He stole several others. And he was in the store earlier and didn't buy anything. He was last seen on foot, North Main. I'm trying to get a direction of travel. 10-4, I'll be en route.
