Last seen walking southbound towards Market Street on 34th. Again, that's going to be a person with a weapon. 65 North 34th Street, outside the SAC seat, for a female wearing... A colorful tights and a pink shirt, panhandling, last seen southbound going towards Market. The caller stated that they saw, saw for a weapon in her waistband.
