Bob Evans, 5555 Scatterfold Road. I have a customer who's being one of the waiters, male, biracial, with a ponytail, smells of alcohol, is very intoxicated, harassing customers and other employees. Complainant also was a customer, states the manager is refusing to do anything about it. Complainant was arguing with the subject, but just chose to leave the scene.
