File alarm unit, respond to a signal 45 at 5203 Memorial Drive at Madrag. Complainant in reference to two subjects stealing out of the store. Subject 78 is a Black female with curly hair and a headband in a black and white dress. Additional subject is a Black female, 36 years old in a tan dress. 59 with complainant. Advise subjects were stealing the dressing room. Be advised, this call has been pending for an hour and 50 minutes.
