Respond to BP, 20420 Chagrin for a civil matter. Caller advised that she arrived at the gas station on empty, paid $10 to get gas. However, when she left, the gauge did not move at all, so she turned around, came back, and requested a refund. They're refusing to provide one. She states that this is the second time this has happened, and they told her to come back with a receipt when it happened. Today, they are telling her the gas gauge must be broken. She'll be outside, and she is requesting to speak with an officer.
