3rd Bravo, show me 17 in a suspicious activity in 23 Beat. 10-4, 3rd Bravo 21, for a suspicious activity, Waddell and Litchfield, Waddell and Litchfield. Caller advising that there are several old AC units at the Whataburger, and there was a subject dumping refrigerant out of them. Subject's a white male, approximately 50 years of age, wearing a blue shirt with a white bike, carrying a red backpack. 964 stopped because there was a fire initially, and then the subject then left heading northbound.
