3614 and 4525, it's a dispute in progress in front of Dollar General. 922 Stafer Boulevard between Bonnie and Conklin. Caller is not meeting with police. Reporting a White female, 20 years of age, arguing with a 40-year-old White male on a gray Ford Ranger. The female is now southbound on Stafer Boulevard. No weapons, no intoxication. The male is in the parking lot of the mini-mart. The female is walking down the street, in and out of traffic. Now saying the male is driving. Driving southbound on State Fair, unknown registration. Possibly in the middle of the road trying to get the female in the vehicle.
