Ambulance is now requesting a backup. Subject is combative, could possibly attempt to barricade himself at the location. Unknown if subject has weapons. Now go through incident 3796 and RD 1678. 67, advise the suspect running on the 1...way? Westbound.

Now he's actually on the freeway. 16D45 as well or just the suspect? Negative, I have eyes on. I've got two others over here by the wash just west of Del Sur. Air 18 was notified. Is there a report?
