Tenderly 51 for a collision unknown. Sounds like it might be a solo vehicle that has now left the scene. Bilby and Bruceville Beat 4, white, possibly a Mustang, according to one of the callers, was driving reckless and TC'd. It was originally TC'd, blocking the street, but now it drove off. They believe it went northbound. I'm sorry, they believe it went eastbound.
