Pole 164 and 294, assist with person. 12. That's the same three ago at South 19th and South Orchard, walking eastbound. Two white males in their 40s with beards and their shirts and tacky pants, pulling a garbage can with a bike in it. Caller believes the back is stolen because 30 ago she saw them coming from Fred Merritt with a garbage can and no bike.
