221 Williams Street at Kohl's. 251 Williams Street, Kohl's in the parking lot. They had an issue with a group of kids earlier. Refused to leave. They eventually left, but now they're just loitering in the parking lot. About five white males in their late teens. They're goofing around. It was almost hit by a bus at one point.
