1847, 812 Chestnut Street. 50-year-old male fell into a glass window, bleeding from the arm, having difficulty walking. Tried to get him to sit down, states he's very out of it. Unknown how this happened, was not witnessed. Does have a seizure disorder, history of brain bleeds, is confused. Waves about 200, requesting Reading.
