This guy is really uncooperative, so we're trying. Was it said he had a suitcase? Yeah, it's supposed to be like two suitcases and like a black bag and dreads, braids, I'm sorry, braids. Alright, supposedly a black shirt with long sleeves and brown shorts is what we're getting here. Units going to 800 Main, sure got an update. Telling me multiple people are arguing, possibly fighting. Male stating someone's threatening his life.
