600 South 27th Street, 600 South 27th Street, corner of C to Rihanna. Native female, 30 years old, us wearing unknown, is in a gray sedan, unknown plate, spraying bear mace at children and threatening to fight residents. Denied medical, no other weapon, drugs, or drugs being seen. The vehicle was last seen southbound towards St. Mary's Ave, then unknown direction of travel from there. However, they keep driving by. There are other parties on location that have mace and a bat as well. I made contact with Jacobs security. Just be advised, there is another disturbance.
