A black Lincoln MKZ drove through a closed-to-traffic lane, cut the caller off, almost hit her, and then continued on heading towards Baldanzola and 1st Street. Village of Liverpool. Happened 10 minutes ago. Caller gave a New York reg, Lincoln Nora Robert 2119. LNR 2119 is valid on a Lincoln MKZ, color black, address on Mesa Lane in Liverpool, 1717.
