46. I'm going to have you check the area of a hit-and-run that just occurred. South Union and Loomis. Caller said that a white Chevy Express van backed out of a house somewhere on South Union, hit a mailbox, and then took off all over the roadway. The van then pulled into a Lee's Nails, but we did not find a good address for that business name. The driver agreed to be intoxicated.
