34, got Montgomery and Jersey. Montgomery and Jersey, we're next to the park. Caller says there's a white male, blue shirt, jeans, carrying a suitcase. He's been yelling and screaming at people, stating he's going to kill them and that he's going to stamp them. No weapon actually seen. He's just chasing people around on Jersey Ave. I got units en route.
