Unit Cates to this 320. Go ahead. At the intersection of Cates Avenue and Morrell Drive, it's going to be a hit-and-run traffic accident, property damage only. Callers standing by in a white Toyota RAV4 with their hazards on. Black Tesla backed out of a parking space in front of the softball field, backed into the vehicle, and left eastbound on Cates. 10-4. The caller's parked in a parallel parking space with hazards on.
