South 3, good afternoon. Good afternoon, too. Can you respond over to 455 Ocean Avenue? 455 Ocean, cross streets of Dwight and Fulton. Property manager called in stating that there is a Black male trespassing on the property, causing a disturbance, refusing to leave, no weapons. It's going to be a Black male with a red hat. I received, 455 Ocean.
