907 South Sheridan. It'll be in the alley behind, northbound. There's a subject who's gathering bicycles. He currently has three of them. The caller says he's trying to hide them in the alley and earlier started a fire. Possibly higher intoxicated, Black male, 40s, 5'10", medium build, short, dark hair with a short beard, blue jeans shorts.
