You said it was two males? That's QSL, two black males in their 50s. Per the complainant, they have a white shirt, orange boxers, and the other one that gave no description. Last stopped 17th Ave towards 18th Ave.

Unit 4, apparently he ran towards 18th Avenue with a orange boxer and a hat on and a light top. So, he ran across 17th and after. Alright, we're over at Lincoln, towards the border from 18th and 19th Avenue, back towards you guys. Units canvassing up and down, just so you know. Yeah, okay, no problem.
