little over an hour time delay now at the Woven, 3017 Ruston Way. The caller is a witness not requesting contact regarding a verbal dispute between a male and female associated with a maroon older minivan. Male and female were yelling and screaming and throwing items at each other. The vehicle was last seen eastbound on Ruston Way into downtown Tacoma. It's better described as a red Dodge minivan with no plate.
