Complaintant John states that a male on an e-bike just threatened to fight him. Caller's going to be in a gray Kia Soul. The male actually just left unknown direction of travel but is still in the area of the Lowe's at this time. Time break. Caller's going to be in a handicapped spot in front of the Lowe's. Subject's going to be a white male, middle-aged, brown mustache with a ponytail in his hair, wearing a green and yellow vest.
