Disturbance just occurred, 1301 O Street, the Walgreens. Our caller states, five ago, a 60s-year-old white male, black shirt, black pants, was smoking marijuana outside of Walgreens. He's currently leaving eastbound on a yellow bike with a luggage rack on the back. Unknown, code 19, no weapons seen. 1301 O Ocean Street, the Walgreens.
